Creating Pathways to Stability Through Safe Housing
Every year, thousands of people return home, age out of care, or struggle to find affordable housing. Diana Harbor & Haven Foundation provides safe housing, compassionate support, and a pathway toward independence.
The Housing Crisis is Real
Safe housing is often the difference between rebuilding a life and returning to crisis. Across Pennsylvania and Philadelphia, thousands of individuals face housing insecurity immediately after incarceration, aging out of foster care, or living on limited fixed incomes.
We’ve faced challenges, but with each step, our commitment to providing resources and a nurturing environment has only grown stronger. Our vibrant community of supporters has made this possible, and together we strive to spread awareness and advocate for those who deserve a chance.
