Affordable, Structured
Community Housing
Populations We Serve
We provide housing solutions tailored to the unique needs of three key populations in our community.
Reentry Population (Returning Citizens)
♡ Why We Serve Them
Individuals exiting incarceration are among the most vulnerable populations in our community. Without stable housing, the risk of recidivism, homelessness, and instability increases dramatically. Many face barriers to traditional housing due to background checks, limited income, and lack of support systems.
👤 Our Purpose in the Community
We provide structured and affordable housing as a foundation for stability—not treatment, but a safe place to rebuild.

Individuals with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (Higher Functioning)
♡ Why We Serve Them
Many individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities are highly independent but benefit from structured, supportive housing. They may not require group home-level care but still need a safe, organized living environment with access to community resources.

We serve as a bridge—providing housing between full independence and institutional placement—offering dignity, structure, and connection.
